Returns and Exchanges Policy

The following guidelines apply to merchandise purchased from Dazz Wheels and are valid for return scenarios up to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, products are covered only under our standard limited warranty.

All returns and exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer from whom the product was originally purchased.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Dazz Wheels reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses such as shipping, handling, and credit card transaction fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Dazz Wheels will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery to the authorized dealer, subject to the following conditions:

• Dazz Wheels must be contacted and approval obtained prior to any return.
• All original packaging, manuals, documents, and accessories must be included.
• Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging, and the packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  Absence or damage to the original packaging will void the guarantee.
• Returned merchandise must not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
  Any alteration will void the guarantee and warranty.
• Wheels must not have been mounted.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
  Uninsured items damaged during return shipment will void the guarantee.
• Returned wheels that are functional, undamaged, and free of defects may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If inspection reveals signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, missing parts, or damage of any kind, the return will be denied.
• Returned accessories that are functional, undamaged, and free of defects may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Accessories showing wear, cosmetic blemishes, or damage will be denied.
• Refunds will consist of the original invoice amount, less any applicable restocking fee.
  Original shipping, handling, and related charges are non-refundable.

Damaged in Shipping

If a product is damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging and provide photographic evidence.
Contact your authorized retailer immediately to initiate a claim.

Damaged by Customer

Dazz Wheels does not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Misuse or improper installation
• Missing components
• Tampering or modification
• Any condition that renders the product unsellable

Any such damage will void the warranty.

Exchanges

If an incorrect item was shipped, Dazz Wheels will exchange the product for the item listed on the original order, subject to the following conditions:

• Dazz Wheels must be contacted and approval obtained prior to return.
• All original packaging, manuals, documents, and accessories must be included.
• Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, and the packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  Absence or damage to the original packaging will void the exchange.
• Returned merchandise must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  Failure to meet this condition will void the exchange, satisfaction guarantee, and warranty.
• Dazz Wheels is not responsible for return shipping or insurance fees.
